Do we need to install anything?
No, Mail Shield uses the Microsoft 365 Graph API. Zero agent, zero DNS change. Connecting to your tenant takes a few clicks via a standard OAuth authorisation.
Is it compatible with our current antispam?
Yes, Mail Shield is complementary. It analyses what your antispam lets through. It runs alongside your existing protections (Exchange Online Protection, Defender, Barracuda, Proofpoint, etc.).
How long does setup take?
30 minutes. Connect to your M365 tenant, configure the rules, and you're up and running. No downtime, no changes to your MX records or your mail flow.
What about email confidentiality?
Mail Shield analyses metadata and attachments, NOT the content of your emails. GDPR compliant. No personal data is stored beyond the analysis window. Verdicts can be anonymised.
What happens when a malicious email is detected?
